Accessing a Sharepoint document provokes 'Document path not valid'

I need a solution

Morning, I have a scenario where a user is being presented with error messages when they try to open a document that has been archived from Sharepoint into EV – screen shots attached

The error is ‘Could not open ‘http://intranet/etc/etc etc

Followed by

‘The document name or path is not valid’

So at face value, the problem is the path – not so though

I can open it fine when logged on, but the user who the document belongs to is prevented from doing so

They are able to open other documents archived more recently

I have given the user same permission level as me. It didn’t work.

I’m comfortable with troubleshooting shortcuts in Outlook as I can turn on client diagnostics and see a log of what’s going on, but this is the first time I’ve worked with Sharepoint archiving, so I’ve not got a starting point

As the documents are represented in the Sharepoint site as follows, how can I [for example] find out things like SavesetID? IS there a client diagnostics equivilant for Sharepoint?

Also, seeing as this is a users desktop, how would I initiate a Dtrace? I checked Program Files directory and there is no EV directory with Dtrace – obviously I am not going about this correctly.

Has anyone got any tips you could share?
