EV 10.0.1 FSA Agent issue

Hi,

We have a file server running windows 2003 R2 and EV 10.0.1 FSA agent, the file server keeps crashing when FSA agent services are running (Note we stopped archiving task for this file server). 

We have applicaed all updates including BIOS, firmware, drivers, NTFS driver udpates etc. But still the server is crashing while FSA agent is running.

We tried to uninstall FSA agent and re-install, however uninstall is stuck at "Gathering rereuired information" .... for long time, so cancelled the idea,

Any suggestion please?
