Vault Cache asking for username/password and accepting only admin password

we are using evault 10.0.2 on windows 2008R2

outlook 2010

when ever we connecting to outlook it is asking for password and it is only accepting only administrator password.

we are enabled vault cache but not virtual vault.

required information where i should do the changes we are new to Evault.
