Outlook folder permissions placed manually are removed after running archiving task

Hi all,

Since migration of mailboxes from E2003 to E2010 and upgrade of Vault from v9.0.2 to 10.0.2, permissions granted on Outlook folders are removed after scheduled archiving task. Synchronizing mailbox with option "Folder hierarchy and Permissions" "restore" permissions bu next archiving task (in normal or report mode) remove them automatically. These observations are observed via permissionbrowser. From Exchange policy, policy "Synchronise folder permissions" is placed on on. From enduser, user gives permissions on root mailbox then \Inbox and finally \Folder1. May someone observe this issue and know how to resolve it as it's a critical issue. This problem was not observed with old version of Exchange (2003) and Vault v9.0.2.
